Necklace of the Sun on the horizon east of Tutankhamen
One of the most striking features of Egyptian symbolism is the number of different ways in which a single theme could be expressed graphically. the bow and one aft, the head of each uraeus surmounted by the sun's
disc and tail replaced by three amulets symbolizing the "goodness" (nefer), "life" (ankh) and "stability" (djed). The

the rear and sides by rows of small gold, carnelian and glass beads. The
plates represent the same elements as those in the pectoral pendant,
